Flatten pecs?! - Exercise & Fitness Message Board

Hi! I am 14, medium build. I am in pretty good shape. 5 foot 8 150-5. Anyway, I have these man boobs goin on a bit. What can I do at home to flatten these out?

Thanks for any type of advice.

If you lose some fat if you are overfat that should help...but I think mainly building up the muscle underneath would help.

I hate to say this, but this could be "Gynocomastia", which is only fixable by surgery.

If you are not overweight chances are it is gynecomastia.
