Waste of money. You can get what you want by:

A) Eating a proper diet. Lots of free information on the Internet.

B) Proper exercise (cardio & free weights) routine. Lots of free information on the Internet.

Nice sig.

Just keep in mind, sometimes a "program" laid out for you is the best starting point. Anyone can get in shape on their own, but if you don't have any experience or enough basic information I don't see any problem with the programs, as long as they get you off your butt and give you the impetus to keep learning and working harder. (This does not include gadgets like the ab-doers and all that tripe.)

I don't know about that specific program, though. Anything that includes regular exercise and clean eating will "work".

True. Overlooked on my part. Thanks again.

The emphasis on "light weights" is a big red flag to me. You can only gain muscle by progressively overloading them. I find it ironic that women are constantly worried about having too many results ("getting bulky") and men are constantly worried about not getting enough! Fat deposits are what make women's arms look big in almost every case, and reducing body fat will make them smaller and supposedly "tone" them. But all that low weight, high rep crap just helps you burn a couple more calories, it doesn't really make your muscles get much stronger. And gaining muscle mass is what speeds up your metabolism (60 calories/day per pounds of muscle).
