Definitely a side effect that afflicts some more than others... but believe it or not, diet can really help. Eat really clean for a whole week, 7 days, no cheating and I'm willing to bet you will see an improvement. Drink about a gallon of water throughout the day and eat only lean meats, veggies, clean complex carbs. NO SUGAR (post workout shake excluded), minimal or no saturated fats, and about 30% of your calories from HEALTHY fats. Clean & Clear Persa-gel might help too.
