ok my specs are: height 6'3" weight 202lbs. when i 1st started exercising consistently i weighed 250lbs! so i have lost 48 pounds but i still want to lose my gut

i used to run 2 miles a day and decided my weight loss wasnt happening fast enough so i jumped to 4 miles a day. it seems like whatever i do my beer belly stays HEWP ME PLEASE :P
