Post The Charlie Sheen Workout

Anyone who saw HotShots Part Deux noticed an unusually buff Charlie Sheen...know how he got that way...?..running 3-5 miles and lifting weights for 3 hours a day 6 days a week...proof that cardio doesn't make you like too thin or unmuscular but tones and makes you look athletic helping to avoid an ape-like look..which most women hate anyway...

Of course. The program he used was designed to burn away the fat that was covering his muscle. If you took a powerlifter and put them through the same program, they would look like one of those body builders you see at competitions. Everyone has different goals. Some are interested in looking cut while others are more interested in strength.
