heh, it looks like you're saying 6 feet tall & weigh 2,170 pounds the way you have it written. I know you meant 6ft. 2 in. but thought it rather funny. =p heheh, I think they would have to carry someone that big around in one of those trucks they use in the stripping pits.
Anyway, if I remember correctly, I think its 4 times around the track for every mile.
Almost forgot to add: I'm not sure what my best mile was(probably about 5:30) but when I was in the Army, I did a 2 mile run on the PT test in 12:30. Usually my first mile was always the fastest.
