 HGH and arginine used for height increase?
I have seen HGH supplements advertised here and it got my thinking. Since HGH is the same thing that your putuitory(sp)glan puts out to make your grow taller, would taking HGH supplements do the same thing? I was also reading up on arginine and how its basically HGH before your body turns it into HGH. I'm just curious if any nutritionist's or anyone who knows about this stuff thinks it would be safe for me to start taking HGH stuff to hopefully gain my height. Im 15 5'5 atm, but most of my family is around 5'9 or 5'10 and id like to exceed that if I could.
