there is no way to spot-reduce fat from our bodies. what you need to do is cardio to lose fat. as your body burns fat, it will do so from those areas where it is stored. that is not to say that you will automatically see a change in your lower body, b/c each individual is different and has a body w/ a predisposition to store and hold-on to fat differently. Cardio and diet to lose fat; weights to build muscle and burn calories more efficiently. simple but tough equation.
