okay i was just wondering if anyone knows how many calories someone would burn while working with weights? i know it depends on how many exercises you do, how much weight you use etc...i'd like to list an example and maybe someone would know? Thanks if you do

Info: 21/f 5'8" 155lbs
I worked my legs yesterday and this is what i usually do:
11min warmup on the treadmill
squats- 3sets- 20/30/40lbs- reps 15/15/10
leg extensions- 3 sets- 15/25/35lbs- reps 20/15/15
dumbell lunges- 2 sets- 8lbs/10lbs-reps 15/12
lying leg curls- 2 sets- 20/30lbs- reps 15/15
stretched for 5-10mins
i just started out doing this the past two weeks, is this good? i will ofcourse work up on the weights. but does anyone know around how many cals this will burn??
