Looks good to me. I don't see how that would be hurting fat loss. I actually do the same thing when I have time in the morning, but I do cardio in the AM and lift at night. I am just not at optimal strength in the morning. Just make sure you're not burning too many more calories than you're taking in or you'll lose a lot of muscle with the fat.
