Well it's not that I don't want to build muscle, but my main priority is toning.
Right now I lift every other day 4 reps of 30. I'm still new so I can't lift very much, 10 lbs for arms and legs, except the pull downs I use 15 lbs.
I use to run 3-4 miles every day, but got out of the habit when I went back to work. Now I just can't get back into it. I feel so lazy
