Here is my eating regime
Meal #
1.3 egg whites-18 g protein total
large bowl of oatmeal-good carb
1 apple or banna
5g of creatine
2.shake-42g protein 280 calories 23g of carb
3.turkey and tuna sandwich on wheat bread, pretezls, carrots, cucmbers-not sure of protein g's
5 g of creatine
4. shake 42g---
5. dinner:-chicken 36g's, moose steak or burger 25-30;s-brown rice...carrots.
5 g of creatine
6. tuna or shake for last meal 37 g for tuna 42 for shake.
I usually get aroun 180-200g's on a daily basis
I space mealsabout 3 hrs a part. there is one day a week were it is impossible for me to eat this way..but for 6 days a week I follow this...maybe I am lacking in carbs??
