Why do I have man boobs? - Exercise & Fitness Message Board

I used to be overweight a year about a year ago(BMI 27) but I slimmed down and got in good shape, but I still have the boobs that were on me when I was overweight. What should I do to get rid of them. My BMI is 22 now

bro i got the same problem i dunno what to do about it. I been running etc. and losing weight but they are still there it sucks man...peeps on here say you can only get rid of it by surgery i dunno if i'd go that far tho. I think if u toned your chest maybe do some chest exercises they could get harder and it would look more manly

Hey how old are you two? "Man boobs" is a normal condition (I wouldn't even call it that) that 1/3 males get. It's really called gynecomastia.

It usually occurs in males in there teen years and usually goes away on its one, though it can take years.

When you go through stages of puberty they usually begin to diminsh because that when your bodies create more testosterone.

It's totally nothing to worry about.
