it probably just comes in that way. are you saying they kindof look like roy jones jr's biceps? That's some good punching power!
i doubt it's from lack of stimulus. if you're worried about not putting tension under the full range of motion, try some cable bicep routines. otherwise, just make sure your FOREARMS are FLEXED throughout the range. Preacher curls, and barbel curls should get whatever shape you need out of your biceps.
