Talking Cardio is ANNOYING

Does anyone else dread doing their cardio workout?
I do.

I'm kind of struggling to find one that i like.
I dont like swimming or running...walking is alright.

Well, what i wanna know is, do you know of any good cardio workouts?
Or maybe one you made up yourself?

you should try skipping, or maybe cardio boxing.

I started listening to some high energy music during cardio and it made all the difference.

Yes, I definitely agree about music making a big difference. I always listen to some great Latin music (salsa or others) or hip hop or anything with nice rhythm and "dance" my way through cardio. It really makes the cardio time, if not fly, at least go by much faster and definitely more enjoyably for me.

If you find you can't stand doing your cardio, split it up. I do about 20-25 minutes of a hard run on the treadmill, than take a 5 min break or so and than go at it again. My gym has 5 tv's set up right in front of me and I get the music going, so I guess that's a good reason why I don't get bored... but come on after your run/swim don't u feel much better? Don't get lazy cuz u don't like it.... keep at it and it will start to feel less and less like **** .
