There is no quick way, no matter what the infomercials say. It's 80% diet, and the rest is resistance training and cardio. Situps and running are useless if your diet is crap, and you cannot realistically lose more than 2 lbs of fat a week, tops. If you're already thin, you have a lot less work to do, but it still will not be easy if you have a soft midsection.
