 flubby stomach....need help
im 15 years old, and im really athletic. but last november i messed up my knee really bad, and i just recently got surgery done, but not being able to do anything for that long period of time made my abs go away, and fat replaced them. ive been doing windos pilates, which helps, and if i really suck in, you can start to see a 2 pack! ha ha, but i NEED to get rid of the extra flub...any tips...that actually work!? thaks alot! also, how to get rid of those love handles!?
