Hello I want abs but have no clue how to get them and I cant afford to join the gym or get a trainer. I'm [a teenager] and weigh 145 pounds.I was thinking of just doing sit ups at home but will that be enough and also what kind of food should I eat when trying to get abs? Also I only want to work on my stomach and nothing else but I heard if you do that your body will look uneven, is that true? Also how much sit ups should I do a day? I was thinking 100 but is that too little or too much?

Everyone has ab muscles. Doing situps makes them larger, rounder and stronger, while doing cardio burns the fat so they actually show. If you have a gut then youll need to start running or ride a bike, and cut down on fat. If you just do situps and no cardio, you make your abs stronger but there wont be much change in appearance.
