| Re: What can I do?
The wine at night is a really bad idea if you're trying to lose weight, especially if it's daily. Your body won't burn fat or build muscle as long as alcohol is in your system, so in addition to the extra empty calories, you're halting any fat burning processes. it's probably not the whole problem, but it's something to consider.
The best thing you can do is build some lean muscle. But it will have to be a little more than jumping jacks and pushups. Maybe before you go for your bike ride 3x a week do pushups, pullups, squats and lunges, crunches and leg lifts... aim for at least 20 to 30 minutes of fairly strenuous strength training. The lean muscle will increase your metabolism and make fat burning easier.
You might want to double check your diet too. "Healthy" and "geared to fat loss" aren't always the same thing. Roughly what does your daily diet look like? What foods, how much, and how many meals a day? Do you know roughly how many calories you're eating?
