| help with my rear!
okay so. well naturally i inherited the big athletic legs & thighs from my fathers side of the family & i usually stay in some type of physical activity to keep my weight down and over the last year i havent been working out at all, in result ive seen that i have put on alot of weight in my buttox & THiegh area. so i wanted to know. what kind of of exersises can i do to lose my but & theighs NOT TONE them up.
