hi im a 17 year old, 5'10" , 147 pounds. and whants to get abs (like all teens). i started jogging 1 mile a day ( i don't have good endurence yet) and lift weights when i have time. i work unloding trucks. i can easyly burn fat there. i need some work outs that will make me feel it in my abs. workouts other than crunches and sit ups. if you could tell me some [
