| Re: Walking sneakers
[removed] If you are walking, I [suggest not] an actual "walking" shoe, as a running shoe will give you added comfort, breathability and be much lighter. Something somewhat basic is the 2120, an excellent shoe even for runners. If you want even more cushion, go with the Kayano if you pronate, or the Nimbus if you are neutral or a suppinator. If you're not sure, look at the heels on your current walking shoes. Wearing on the outside - get the Nimbus. Inside, Kayano. I am somewhat biased towards Asics because I have run in the Nimbus for years. Just got the new Nimbus 9's that came out and I am in love. I love their gel cushioned feel. But that's just me! Other shoes I would recommend if you try this on and aren't crazy about it....
Neutral: Brooks Glycerin, Mizuno Wave Creation, Pearl Izumi Float, Saucony Triumph
Mild to Moderate Pronation: Brooks Adrenalin, Mizuno Wave Nirvana, Pearl Izumi Guide, Saucony Omni
Heavy Pronation/Motion Control: Brooks Ariel, Brooks Trance, Saucony Hurricane
