I don't seem to fall under any categories as far as my body shape/type goes. I guess I'm closest to an apple shape but I see that apples don't have broad shoulders, yet I do.
My body:
tall
arms and legs are thinner
gain weight around my mid section
dont really have a small waist but i do have a slight waist
no butt

lol
small hips
broad shoulders
round face
I seem to have no metabolisim as well

I'm not losing the weight I want to and im eating 12-1500 cals a day exercising 4 times a week 45 mins cardio and about 15-20 mins of light weight lifting. I've lost NO weight and I'm not cheating on my diet so I assume its because im eating the wrong things perhaps? So if anyone can help me identify my body type or make suggestions on diet that would be great!
As far as what I eat, I don't eat meat, dairy, or egg products. Also I don't eat simple carbs, or sweets.
