Wicked Frustrated!!
Okay, Back in 2004 I was (5'7") 276. I went to the gym EVERY DAY for a year and I lost 80 lbs. Thereafter I back off and just maintained my weight. Then this summer I stopped for 6 months completely. Subsequenlty I have gained back 20!! OMG!!! NOW I am back at the gym and I just can't get my body to "kick in". I want to loose 40. I can't run becuase I have an ankle replacement so I do the eliptical for 30 minutes and then I do the whole nautelus thing for another 30 minutes. Nothing, it's doing NOTHING. Does ANYONE have any suggestions on how to get a good "kick start"? By the way, I'm 47 so I know that's not helping!!!! Thanks so much.
