| Recovering muscles, what to do?
Hi,
I do weight training, using not more than 21 pound dumbells, then I take rest for 4 days before I do the next session of the same workout. I take Amino Acids, about 2,400 mg, omega 3, Magnesium and Vitamin C + B Complex.
Someone told me that in the following day to the workout I should use something like 5 pounds weight and do the same workout again. Does this help for muscles recovery?
