Not really. In theory testosterone levels are higher in the morning, but in practice it doesn't matter at all toward the effectiveness of your workouts. Just make sure that you still have some kind of post workout nutrition. Even if you're going to bed right after you get home, 100-200 calories of (ideally) protein is still needed. If you're lifting, you need a little bit of carbohydrates too.
