I went from 289 lbs. down to 160...it took about 2 1/2 years of dieting. Now I'm working on getting toned and in better shape.
Do you recommend holding weights or a barbell when I do the squats/lunges, since I want to gain some muscle and size in my thighs?
I got a chair and tried some triceps dips, and man are those tough!
Not that I can do them yet, but what about pushups?
