Ok so I've got to run a beep test in about 4 weeks and well I need to get back into shape. I need a 9.5 to pass and I'd say I'm at about 7.5 now. Does anyone have any advice/training tips/workout plans etc. that will help me? Any advice is appreciated.

A beep test is known by a few names such as bleep test and multi stage fitness test. You have to run a 20 meter shuttle before the beep on a tape player. It starts slow (around 7km/h) and increases by about a half a km/h for every level. If you don't make it before the beep, the test is over. It sounds easy enough but it's the most painful thing I've ever felt in my life.
