hi i have an underactive thyroid i have to take narcotics just a tiny bit and i have anaemia that is always being teated with iron pilsl long term i was wondering i work out for an hour and ahalf everyday i do 200 kcals on the stepper then i do few sit ups and floor exersises and i try not to eat after 6 i eat very small low carb meals and cant for the life of me loose an



y weight i feel like im slipping into a eating dissorder because nothing comes off my thyroid is in the upper range but still ?? i work out really early morning and i do a little bit on the exersise bike at night we have a big do soon and im at my wits ends is there anything that i can do or times that helps with weight loss i rellay appreciate nay input katxxxxxxx
