Does your body store protien?
Or is it used up like gasoline in a car? Cuz let's say, for example; I bust out a good hard workout in the morn, then splurge on a steak that afternoon. Will all that great protien 'replentish' my body, or does it have to in there beforehand? How long does it stick around? Any of it still be around for a workout in a couple days?? (gonna be a fat, juicy one)
