so lately I have been doing some great pilates exercises for my thighs and butt, but I'm noticing that as I am getting a more toned lower butt, my upper butt is not getting toned at all. in fact it really seems to me like my lower butt muscles are pushing up my upper butt fat, making my overall butt look bigger. not at all my intention! so does anyone have any exercises I could do to tone the top half of the butt area?
Veggiewedgie, I have the same problem from pilates and running. My upper butt fat appears to have been pushed up & the overall size hasn't gone down...frustrating. Have you found anything to fix this problem since your last post? I would appreciate anything to make the upper butt fat go away!!! Thanks!
