Just lost 20 pounds, but body is flabby. How do I tone all over?

Good afternoon friends. I just lost 20 pounds and never thought I could do it, but I did. I hate to sound like I want everything, but even though I lost the weight, my body looks terrible because I look so soft and not toned. I guess I wouldn't say I'm actually flabby, but I just don't look toned. I'm a 40 year old woman and it's not going to get any easier so I want to start now. Any suggestions on how I can get all over sculpting and toning, especially from stomach down. I'd sure appreciate it because I'm not much of an exerciser, in fact I hate it, I lost the weight by watching what I eat. Thanks for the replies.

you need to start doing weight bearing exercise, either at home or at a gym, If you are able get someone to check your form with the exercises to ensure you are not going to cause yourself an injury
