If it is excess body fat that you want to reduce, then the usual means is to reduce excess body fat through eating clean and exercising.
Contrary to popular belief, it is generally not possible to "spot reduce" body fat in specific locations by exercising those specific locations. Body fat is added and lost in places determined by your genetics; the place where it is added first is the place where it is lost last.
