Healthy and toned is more important than a waist size or a number on a scale. Muscle weighs more than fat. Diets never work, transforming your body is a lifestyle - never a diet. Slow changes in your eating lifestyle brings results, in stead of a crash and burn.
I have started having a breakfast smoothie with fruits or vegetables, supplements, oatmeal, berries, spinach and a little Whey Protein with a water base. My body loves it. It sustains me till lunch. This is something I could live with for the rest of my life. and I lost weight because I was taking in less calories and giving what my body craves. My body feels so good with more energy.
Forget diet, think happy and healthy.
