Re: when is the best time to exercise morning or night

Either way is fine, it just depends on you! I know some people who prefer morning. It can give you more energy throughout the day, which is a plus. I am not a morning person, so I find it a struggle to get up earlier than I have to (especially when it's still dark outside). Some people work out before breakfast to try to burn more fat, but some people get nauseous and weak from this. I'd say to go when you feel your best! Try out both and see what works out better for you. Some people might have trouble sleeping from evening workouts. For me, evening is best, around 7-8pm, and I also try to go for a quick 30 minute workout during my lunch break so I can stay less in the evening.

I totally agree. One thing to remember. Each of us has a body clock. I am a morning person. I prefer early A.M. workouts. My wife is a night person, for her, a workout after work is best. I know some people at my gym who prefer noon workouts. Go to work, come to the gym for luncheon workout, shower and go back to work.

What ever fits your style and schedule.

I think it's better to work in the morning because I seem to lose more weight when I work more in the morning.
