Re: pregnancy hips

Wait 9 months for your pelvis to move back into place

Re: pregnancy hips

I think Lots of work outs. Try to focus on butts and gutts. Also do cardio! I did it and then I noticed that in 4 months everything went. I just had to be consistent. No pain no gain.

Re: pregnancy hips

I agree with you. No pain, no gain. But, the hips really do spread during pregnancy and it takes several months after the birth of a child for them to reposition closer together. For some women this never really happens and they will never get the super slim hips of their pre-baby years. I've always been a bit hippish, so there is not that much difference for me. But, most every pregnant woman I know had to wait a while to get back into pre-preggo jeans (even if their weight was back to pre-baby) simply because their anatomy was a bit different for a while.
