I use very little supplementation, other than a daily multi vitaman, and some joint care. I'll drink a Myoplex or Muscle Milk shake after my workouts and my results are great. Very little fat, 25 grams of protein, and a good mix of carbs and amino acids. Creatine eventually will make you bloat and carry water weight, just the nature of the beast.
