Wide pelvis

I have delivered 6 weeks ago but still have this wide pelvis of pregnancy.
Is it gonna return to its pre pregnancy state, or gonna stay wide & ugly forever???
Actuallyy it's bathering me cuz it makes a huge difference between my hip & waist.
Is there a solutio for this problem like exercises???

Re: Wide pelvis

Everyone is different. Mine also spread after delivery and did go back a lot but not all the way. Even though I lost all my weight very soon... my hips did take their sweet time but again everyone is different. No exercise or surgery that I am aware of will correct this just Mother Nature and what she decides.

Re: Wide Pelvis after First Pregnancy

I'm not a doctor but I believe your pelvis will return to its original shape, eventually.
