| Extreme pain within inner elbow...sometimes!
Hello Everyone,
I have quite an odd injury effecting my workouts. I have an extreme pain in my inner-elbow between the forearm and bicep, but it only occurs during certain exercises. I have no idea how this happened and never recall straining it before. I stopped lifting for months, but did not go away. Here are the most painful:
1. If I am holding weight in front of my chest, with arms fully extended, the pain is almost unbearable after holding the position for a few seconds.
2. Lateral pull-downs cause extreme discomfort.
3. Not an exercise, but shaking a can of spray-paint/protein-mixer hurts as well.
Now with other exercises I rarely feel anything at all. Biceps curls cause a minimum amount of discomfort. This is just my right arm and I am right handed.
I don't have insurance, but I am willing to go to the Dr.; I was just hoping someone could share a similar experience and what they did...or educate me on what to ask a dr.
Thanks for taking the time to read and help out!
