Pain when running. Advice?

Hi, the last few times when I run a treadmill, one of my balls gets really sore. It usually takes about 5-8 mins of running to get sore and then it stops when I stop running. Why might this be happening and what can I do?
Thanks any help is appreciated

Re: Pain when running. Advice?

Hi umm yes, walk briskly instead of running it will also be easier on the knees. If one of them has twisted it consists of a medical emergency so if it continues to hurt I would go to the emergency room without a hesitancy

I would also go to your doctor and get this checked out as soon as you can.

wow ok, I didn't think it was that big of a deal. It feels normal after its just during that it hurts. It doesn't feel like its twisted, but then I don't really know what that means. I should really see a doctor?
