I'm thin and I want to gain weight.
unfortunately I was diagnosed with a mild scoliosis and I was asked not to work out and only practice Jogging and swimming.
I got a protein dietary supplement shake. I take it 3 times a day and it contains 19grams of protein, 23grams of carbs, 357 calories, per serving.
my question is if I want to do one day swimming one day jogging when is the best time to take the shake before or after excercising? in order to gain some weight
