Hello everyone, first post
I start the North Carolina BLET on Aug 22nd, and on the first day I am required:
50 push ups in 1 minute
50 sit ups in 1 minute
3 miles in 24 minutes
With this being only 2 months away, I am trying to push myself but don't want to overdo and mess the whole thing up. I am trying so hard to stick to a good diet but it's getting more difficult, especially with a 2 year old and not having a lot of time to myself to fuss around with preparing meals.
I am a 25 year old female, 5'11 and about 145 lbs. I am in "good" shape, but that only means I don't have any fat but my running time is not good at all. To practice a 3 mile run means 6 laps around my apartment complex

I get tired after about 3 buildings, if that tells you anything.
Any tips, such as time management, breathing techniques, etc? Any supplements/vitamins I could be taking? Thanks in advance.
