Ball Like Feeling in My Stomach
So here are the facts.
-I started working out about 2 weeks ago
-I'm a 23 year old female that is a little bigger than I should be, not much just about 20lb's heavier. Hence the work out.
-I have noticed this last week when I lay on my stomach there is a ball like feeling.
-I'm not sure if it's from working out, or if this is possibly something else. That I should look more into.
-The ball like feeling is kind of in the middle of my stomach.
-I know it'll take a lot longer than 2 weeks to get real results, but could this be the very beginning of it?
