em having a serious problem with my height , i am 20 years old n have a height of 5'2'' and weigh 49 kgs . i feel very embarassed when i go nywhere due to my poor health . As i am growing i am facing it more n more everyday as i have to meet people in my profession . pls help me out . is it possible to increase height by any means at this stage ?? by ny kind of exercise or diet . .pls do suggest . .

I am 21 years old and 172 cm tall 65 weight
my advice is you need to do a sport that make you bigger like musculation you will not gain much height but you will apear much bigger and cooler

Diet and exercise are your only options. Reduce your caloric intake by eating healthy whole foods and skip the high fat and high sugar foods. Start an exercise program you can stick with. Find something that you like to do and be consistent. Basically its calories in vs calories out. The hardest part is getting started, but once you get the food and the exercise down it gets easy.
