hi i am 21 years old
i had trainned for a 3 months but i felt no diffirence
pls help me

What results do you want? Do you want to be stronger? Leaner? Bigger muscles?

What do you do when you train? Lift? Run?

Heavier weights lower reps. Work all muscle groups not just the major ones.

Hi I understand your problem or should I say situation.

Go to Tm Nation and start reading how to become strong. Technique is everything get it wrong and you will be only as strong as you are now in a year.

Also go and search Elliot Newman and Andy Bolton (the worlds strongest man) to learn how to train correctly. They write for T Nation and have excellent advice that will help you IF YOU FOLLOW IT EXACTLY.
