hi i have a probleme
i do lifting weights and some cardio but my stamina is not soo good i mean
i get tired sooo fast
and i want your help
plz give me a way to increase it
Just do what you can and then gradually do more. Push yourself a little each time.
One important thing though is are you healthy? Do you have or had any illnesses that would make you tire easily?
What kind of foods are you eating? I would recommend a high carb and protein diet that's also low in fat. Carbs give you energy, protein helps repair your muscles after a workout, and fat just gives you more fat. The carbs will give you more energy and endurance and the protein will keep you healthy. I would also recommend going running and getting some cardio in. A good balance of weight lifting and cardio exercises will help you achieve overall health and increase your endurance too. Good luck!

It is difficult to know if you have a real lack of endurance with out having vital statistics.
Before you assume you lack endurance - you should look for information of exercise tests that give results about how much stamina the "average" person has for their age.
In general, building endurance requires longer sessions of aerobic exercise, like walking or cycling or swimming.
