Well, there are a few possibilities.
1) Are you staying hydrated? It's very important to keep drinking. Either drink plain water, or half water half sports drink.
2) Are you warming up and cooling down properly? I know that if I sit down right after exercise, I feel AWFUL. You need to do a brisk walk to cool down slowly. Absolutely, don't stop moving until your heart rate drops below 100.
3) Could be something else. But 1 and 2 are very common, and the easiest to fix.
