| | Want my old days to come back...
I am 28 yr old male and an IT professional. I am working out since from last 8 years(i was a college student) but with lot of uncertainity. Example whenever i start to look huge, i am caught wit some health issue(i am suffering from migrane n cold issues since my birth) and i loose up all the hugeness/weight within couple of days which took me 2-3 weeks to gain.
Now i am trying hard to get those days back. The main issue with me is, i always a notion in my mind, tat if i wake up early n dont sleep after my exercise, i will feel drizzy in office and wont be able to concentrate on my work. This single thought hv literally gained control over my fitness regime. Can some1 plz advice how shall i get over this mind set.
P.S. I guess my workout regime hv gone hay-waya from the time i hv started working abt 4 yrs back. Kindly advice.
