Calories Intake vs Exercise? I think im doing this all wrong.
Hello, Ok heres my story.
Im just about to Turn 24 and currently sitting at 129 LBS.
Iv started doing P90X and Im on Day 16. I also do Zumba at the Local Gym 1 hour twice a week.
I am concerned I am taking in Too Little compared to what I am exerting.
Today for instance..
I ate 1 Green monster Shake w/ 1 Scoop of Protein.
- 2 Handfulls of Baby Spinach
- 1/4 Cup of Vanilla Soy Milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Scoop of Protein (protein is approx 160 cals. per scoop)
Snack I ate about 1 Cup of Veggies, 1 Bun and approx 2 TBLS of Spinach Dip.
Lunch Time I ate a Extra Lean Beef Burger (burger is approx 160 cals.) w/ Mushrooms, Swiss Cheese and Onions. (NO BUN) on Spinach.
For Supper time I plan on having either the same BURGER or a Salmon Burger.
Today my EXERCISE will consist of 1 hour of PLYOMETRICS or CARDIO X (undecided which one I will do today) then 1 hour of Zumba 2 Hours later.
According to the internet I will be exerting approx 940 Calories during my workouts today.
Im worried im not taking enough in, and not just today. My days Generally look like what I have eatin today.
Please give me some guidance,
