I'm try to bulk up, so I've been lifting weights at home, only dumbells. It seems to be working gradually, you can't physically see any chance, but when I tense my arm you can feel a bit of diffrence. My question is, is there any, and if so what sort of powder shakes can I use to help me bulk up?
